It was perfectly clean and WONDERFUL place, beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, there was variety of food to chose from. The location was particularly good and ideal, for example, a French national monument was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Further, it was next to the restaurant, tram and the nearby waterfalls.

Greatly enjoyed my 1 night stay. The location was marvellous and perfect, within a close distance from a French national monument. The area was nice near to the restaurant as well as the city centre. The staff was helpful and gave some great recommendations.

The suite we stayed in was well decorated. Had all necessary amenities, a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed.

The staff is very amiable, makes sure that the place is overall clean. Make sure to get double room with very nice showers as well as fridge. The breakfast is enjoyable for every taste, has good food. Its location is marvellous and good, near to the railway station, the nearby waterfalls and a cemetery.

We had a pleasant stay in a long time. The location was particularly good and perfect, within easy walking distance of a Romanesque basilica. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very friendly...

During my stay, I found the hotel to be very conveniently located with easy access to tram transportation, making it simple to get to the city centre. The hotel parking was ample, although there was a fee for its use. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and being available to answer any questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with tram and bus stops nearby, and a shopping center within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One small improvement could be the coffee machines during breakfast. A couple of them were not working properly, and it took a bit of time for the service staff to fix them.
